The purpose of this label right now is to showcase the awesome, terrifying power of the Studio.

If you have not been inside a recording studio lately, the technology is very powerful now. Not just powerful, but accessible. The possibilities are endless.

Going into the Studio after many years of trying to do without is something like this: imagine you are an amateur scientist spending 20 years trying to make a bottle rocket. You struggle endlessly, without success. Then one day you ask a rocket scientist for help and the rocket scientist says to you, “Yes, we can put that on the moon for you. Is Tuesday good? Sorry, did you want the moon, or Mars? Either way, let me know, we’ll make it work. Send me the precise coordinates, we’ll land it within 6 feet of where you want.”

This is what we are saying; the technology is powerful and accessible, and there is much potential.

The sons of Martha are leaving us sons of Mary in the dust. We have to try to catch up. That is what we are trying to do here with the label.
